All of our customer service agents are trained to give advice on a variety of products but they are unable to advise when it comes to medical treatment or herbal remedies. 

Feel free to contact us and our team will be happy to assist you. Our customer service lines are open Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.

You can place and order directly via the website, Paypal is the checkout but you can always continue as guest and just pay by debit/credit card, you do not need to have a Paypal account to place an order.

You can also place orders over the phone by calling our customer service line and asking to speak to a sales agent. All phone orders payment must be taken in full on the phone either via MOTO/Phone payment with debit/credit card or via secure payment link which can be sent via text or email. 

All PayByLink orders if not complete whilst on the phone need to have been paid for with confirmation email being received your end saying your payment has been received.
